Refund and make up lesson

Registration Guidelines:

  • Complete the online application form and await a confirmation WhatsApp message.
  • Contact us at 6829 8871 if you don’t receive a confirmation message within 5 working days.
  • Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis or through a lottery.
  • Once accepted, an official invoice will be sent via WhatsApp.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Absence from class is considered withdrawal with no refund.

Class Rules:

  • Check your child’s temperature and keep them at home if unwell.
  • Do not attend if your child is sick or shows symptoms of a communicable disease.
  • Only one parent can accompany the child in parent-child classes.
  • No food or drink allowed in the classroom.
  • Students and parents must wear socks.
  • Minimize mobile phone use and avoid loud talking.

Continuation Rules:

  • Pay next term’s tuition fee on the last class to reserve your spot.
  • Classes may be merged or dissolved based on student numbers.
  • Limited leave of absence allowed with makeup classes according to the program that the parent has enrolled in, within two months.

Classroom Rules:

  • The classroom may adjust schedules, change classrooms, or substitute instructors.
  • Notify the classroom of any contact information changes.
  • One class time change allowed per semester.

 

Weather Arrangements:

  • Classes continue as scheduled unless specified.
  • Cancellations due to severe weather will not be refunded.

 

Refund and Makeup Class Arrangements:

  • The Classroom may alter or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • No refunds for cancelled or unattended classes.
  • Makeup lessons or alternative learning materials may be provided.

Privacy Policy Statement:

  • Photos and videos may be taken for promotional and training purposes.
  • Notify the classroom if you don’t wish to receive such communication.
  • Written notification required to restrict use of child’s photos.
  • Unauthorized photography or recording is prohibited.
