Registration Guidelines: (Detail version)

  • Complete the online application form, and the form will be sent to our system for processing. Applicants will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message from Miss HoHoHo Classroom. If you do not receive the confirmation message within 5 working days, please contact us at 6829 8871.
  • The course has limited capacity, and Miss HoHoHo Classroom reserves the right to select students on a first-come, first-served basis or through a lottery in certain cases. Once your application is accepted, we will confirm and send an official invoice through WhatsApp.
  • All fees paid are non-refundable, and course slots cannot be transferred. If a customer is absent from class, it will be considered as automatic withdrawal. The tuition fee paid will not be refunded.
  • Except for special circumstances, classes are suspended on public holidays.
  • If you need to withdraw from the course, please notify our classroom in writing at least one month in advance.

Class Rules:

  • Parents should measure their child’s body temperature before leaving and ensure the child does not have a fever or feel unwell. It is recommended to keep the child at home for rest.
  • If your child feels sick or shows symptoms of a particular communicable disease, please do not let him/her attend the program and medical treatment should be consulted promptly. The classroom reserves the right to refuse admittance of any child to enter the class if we feel there is any medical concern.

Classroom Rules:

  • Only one parent is allowed to accompany the child in parent-child classes.
  • To maintain hygiene, no food or drink is allowed in the classroom
  • Students and parents must wear socks when entering the classroom. If you don’t have socks, you can purchase them at the classroom.
  • To maintain a clean learning environment, please refrain from using your mobile phones inside the classroom as much as possible. Avoid speaking loudly to prevent disruption to the class.

Continuation Rules:

  • Students must submit the next term’s tuition fee on the last class of each term to reserve their spot. Failure to do so will be considered as forfeiting the spot.
  • If the number of students in a class is less than the required minimum, the Classroom reserves the right to merge or dissolve the class and transfer students to another class of similar level.

Leave of Absence Rules:

  • For regular classes, students can apply for 1 day/2 days/5 days of personal leave or sick leave per semester, corresponding to 8 classes/12 classes/24 classes the parent has enrolled in. Makeup classes must be completed within two months after the absence. 
  • Makeup class arrangements are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance with the classroom.
  • No leave, makeup class, or refund is allowed for single classes, workshops, and summer classes.
  • If a student is unable to attend makeup classes due to personal reasons, it will be considered as an automatic withdrawal, and no refund will be provided.
  • Leave requests can be made by phone or WhatsApp to the classroom.

Classroom Rules:

  • The classroom reserves the right to adjust class schedules, change classrooms, and substitute instructors.
  • To ensure close contact between students/parents and the classroom, please notify the classroom staff of any changes in office/residential address or telephone number.
  • Students can change their class time once during the semester. If there are no suitable classes and a suspension is required, no makeup class will be arranged. Please notify the classroom staff as soon as possible.
  • Students/parents are responsible for their belongings. The center is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings inside the classroom.
  • The classroom reserves the right to revise and change the above rules.

Weather Arrangements:

  • Normal (Classes continue as scheduled)
      • Yellow warning signal, typhoon signal 1 or 3
  • Cancellation (Classes canceled)
      • Red rainstorm warning signal/black rainstorm warning signal or typhoon signal 8 is in effect before 8:00 AM or maintained until 12:30 PM, all morning classes are canceled.
      • Black rainstorm warning signal or typhoon signal 8 is in effect after 1:30 PM, all afternoon classes are canceled.
        Black rainstorm warning signal or typhoon signal 8 is canceled before 1:30 PM, and classes will resume 2 hours after the cancellation signal.

Refund and Makeup Class Arrangements:

  • Miss HoHoHo Classroom (“the Classroom”) shall have the sole discretion to cancel or alternate the scheduled date or time of any class or lesson in the event of any disruption due to circumstances beyond the control of the Classroom (including but not limited to outbreak of any riot, civil commotion or disorder, pandemic, outbreak of disease or any public health crisis). No refund will be made for any cancelled or affected class or lesson or if the parent chooses not to permit the child to attend a class whether physical or online). The Classroom reserves the right to arrange any make-up lesson (whether physical or online) or any alternative in-home learning material to substitute the cancelled or affected class or lesson.
  • All tuition fees or special programme fees, once paid, shall be non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. All registration of the special programme is not accepted until receipt of our confirmation and payment is made.

Privacy Policy Statement:

  • Our classroom may periodically take photographs or record videos, which may be used for promotional and training purposes by Miss HoHoHo Classroom. 
  • If you do not wish to receive such information from Miss HoHoHo Classroom, please notify the classroom along with your name and phone number at 6829 8871.
  • Our classroom may also take photos of students during activities for purposes such as parent communications, enrollment materials, website, or artistic works. Some of these photos may also be used for educational research reports and promotion by our classroom. If parents do not want their child’s photos to be used, written notification must be provided to the classroom.
  • Photography or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited unless conducted by authorized staff members of our classroom.
