Letterland is a program developed in the UK and teaches Phonics using a story-based approach. It provides fun and creative way to help children learn how to read, write and spell with confidence. With the use of friendly letter characters, strong visual memory cues are triggered, so children learn and retain phoneme/grapheme correspondences, making learning simple and fun.
It encourages learning through music, actions, movement, song, games, art and role play.
