Letterland is an innovative phonics-based approach designed to teach reading, writing, and spelling to children aged 3 to 8. In Letterland, plain black letter shapes are transformed into fun pictograms, and these lively characters reside in an imaginary world called Letterland. Our comprehensive program revolutionizes phonics learning by employing visual images, engaging characters, and captivating stories, making the learning process enjoyable and effective.<\/span><\/p>\n

We offer a range of classes to cater to different needs, including Parent & Child classes, and LEVEL 1-4 classes tailored to different proficiency levels. By completing the full course, children will master the 44 English sounds (phonemes) and develop practical application skills. They will also gain a solid understanding of vocabulary structure, including vowels, consonants, digraphs, and blending techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Phonics Programs are suitable for both beginners and those who have previously learned using other methods. Pre-Letterland (Parent & Child Class):<\/span>
\n<\/span>This class provides a unique opportunity for parents to actively participate in their children’s learning journey. Through interactive sessions, parents will learn alongside their children, understand their progress, and learn effective game techniques. The course focuses on teaching the pronunciation, songs, and stories of the 26 English letters, ensuring children grasp the concepts and pronunciation of each letter. This enables continued interactive learning at home, enhancing the effectiveness of their learning.<\/span><\/p>\n

Level 1:<\/span>
\n<\/span>28 lessons<\/span>
\n<\/span>Builds a strong foundation in English phonics skills<\/span>
\n<\/span>Covers short and long vowel letters, the 26 letters and their sounds, and phonemes at the beginning, middle, and end of words<\/span>
\n<\/span>Emphasizes building and spelling CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words to enhance phonics skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

Level 2:<\/span>
\n<\/span>28 lessons<\/span>
\n<\/span>Expands knowledge of consonant blends and consonant digraphs, including L-blends, R-blends, S-blends, and digraphs like sh, ch, th<\/span>
\n<\/span>Further practice and application of building CVC and CCVC (consonant-consonant-vowel-consonant) patterns<\/span>
\n<\/span>Improves phonics and blending skills through engaging teaching and game activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Level 3:<\/span>
\n<\/span>42 lessons and 2 assessments<\/span>
\n<\/span>Introduces Magic e, vowel digraphs (ai, ay, ea, ee, ie, oa, ue, etc.), and Red Robot story learning (Ar, or, er, ir, ur, wr), among others (oo, oy, oi, aw, au, ow, and ou)<\/span>
\n<\/span>Strengthens understanding of English phonics and enhances phonics skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>28 lessons<\/span>
\n<\/span>Covers advanced topics such as Hard C & Soft C, Hard G & Soft G, kn, ch, tion, ture, all, ful, le, ing, ed, and more<\/span>

\n<\/span>Further enhances children’s English phonics skills by teaching additional phonics rules and patterns. Through professional instruction and engaging game activities, children gain confidence and achieve improved learning outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n
